What's included in the charter price?
Every charter includes your licensed USCG captain, fuel for the trip, and standard crew. We also provide Bluetooth audio systems, coolers, and basic water toys on most vessels. Gratuity for your crew is not included and is at your discretion (industry standard is 15-20%).
Do I need a boating license to rent a yacht?
No boating license is required. Every charter comes with a licensed USCG captain who handles navigation, safety, and all the details so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December through April) and around holidays. For last-minute availability, contact us directly — we often have openings within 48 hours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you if weather may affect your charter. If we need to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, we'll work with you to find a new date at no additional cost.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and beverages aboard. We also offer catering packages and can arrange everything from charcuterie boards to full meals as add-ons. Just let us know what you'd like.
Where do the boats depart from?
Our primary departure point is 1635 N Bayshore Dr, Miami, FL 33132 — on Biscayne Bay in the heart of Miami. Some vessels may depart from other locations depending on the itinerary. After booking, we'll confirm the exact departure point along with parking information and boarding instructions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy provides a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations 30+ days in advance, a 50% refund for 14–29 days, and no refund for less than 14 days, though a credit toward a future charter may be offered.
